"We are still committed to the truce but we will react against the Zionist enemy crimes," senior Hamas leader Abdel Aziz Rantisi said. "Hamas's military wing, the Iz a Din al-Kassam Brigades, has decided to react against the Nablus crimes." IDF troops operating in the West Bank on Saturday arrested four Hamas militants who, according to the defense establishment, were planning to carry out terror attacks to avenge the deaths of Hamas militants killed during the raid, Army Radio reported. But Palestinian Cabinet minister Yasser Abed Rabbo said Saturday that Hamas "promised it will not respond to the Israeli attacks," and called on the international community to act to curtail Israel's raids in the territories to arrest wanted Palestinians.
