Q: Does anyone know where I can get State Income Tax Forms for previous years??
A: -Call your State Department of Revenue & Taxation or similarly named agency that administers your state tax. -Which state? If PA, they do have a web site. -Cute one....what state?....I would start by contacting the state(s) you need. They have back copies of the forms and instructions for the more recent years. -Most states have web sites and many have current and some prior year forms available for download in .pdf format. Links to all states can be found at the Federation of Tax Administrators' site, www.taxadmin.org.
