Q: repos have a question...where would a "person" go to find out about repossessed motorcycles?? bank? loan companies? car companies??
A: - The answer to your question is all of the above. Motorcycles are the most frequently repossessed item but most are predominately imports, especially the time between mid-December and March. - If you're looking for a Harley I don't believe that you'll find very many in the repo lot. The demographics are such that most owners can afford to either make the loan payments or buy the bike outright. Those that may be borderline will make sure, one way or another, that the bike is not reposessed - You might have better luck calling the local police department and asking them where they sell their used patrol bikes. They only ride them for a year and then sell them. Usually at auction. Your guaranteed that the bike was well mantained.
