Give A FREE Report Under Certain Conditions Is This Correct?
Q: I recall seeing someplace that there is a Federal requirement for them to give a FREE report under certain conditions (other than when you have an application for credit denied), is this correct?
A: -you are allowed a free report after being refused credit because of info garnered from the credit reports As some one already posted, in some states (Mass. is one), applicable state law allows you one free report each calendar year, by request.
