Wedding Jewelry And Accessory.
Q: recently my boyfriend bought me a simple silver ring for our
anniversary/valentine's day. it used to be a running joke between us
when we first started dating that i was afraid of jewelry because i
never wore it.
i have a very small silver hoop in the upper cartilage of my right
ear. i wear my timex expedition digital compass watch when i go
camping or hiking. other than that, i don't wear a speck of jewelry.
is this odd??
what accessory can you absolutely NOT leave the house without? er,
other than wedding rings!
A:Wedding rings, gold ring on middle finger right hand, sterling hoop in
cartilage of left ear *hoping to get one more this weekend*, diamond studs
in top hole in ears, aquamarine studs in lower one, mother/child pendant
(havent taken this off since youngest was born 2 years ago)
My watch is in for service right now, but I wear it every day I have it.
I have no jewelry I can't leave the house without, wedding ring
included. I still keep my hand in as a massage therapist, and take my
ring off to do rubs. It's not uncommon for me to space putting it back
on for a day or so.
Even when thinking about it, I don't wear a ton of jewelry. Most
commonly, I wear my wedding ring, simple gold hoops, and just recently
the gold chain I just bought. For a while I had a really nice costume
gold-plated chain I wore all the time -- got a fair number of
compliments on it -- but I lost it.
