Marathon training or long distance running has many benefits for the health. It greatly improves your heart and lungs. Your blood vessels will multiply and greatly expanding allowing more blood to be supplied faster and more efficiently. Before you start on any marathon training schedule you need to first tell your doctor what training you are doing and for how long and if that is what you should be doing. With all the medical problem these days rushing into something isn't such a good idea you will wear yourself out to easily. Start out with a plan and work into your ideas gradually doing more and more each day. Listen to the important sounds of the body. Diet and weight can greatly affect marathon training. Since marathon training burns a lot more calories in a short time it is a good idea to eat very healthy. Carbohydrates are a good source of fuel and will consume quickly while you exercise. Anytime you burn fat off it turns into muscle and muscle weights more than fat so always remember that you weight will not get to low it
