Keeping Track Of Phone Numbers

If you are one of the many disorganized people in the world, then you already know how hard it is to keep track of phone numbers, not to mention remembering who they belong to and where you got them. Perhaps you often look through your wallet and find a variety of phone numbers with no name or defining clue attached to them. If so, you should probably invest in a better way to organize your information. There are many different ways to keep track of phone numbers, addresses and names these days, and far surpass the old rolodexes of the past. The easiest way to keep track of phone numbers is to immediately put them in your cell phone. All cell phones have phone book functions that make it easy to store and organize all of the numbers you need. You can enter the numbers in one by one, or you can save them when someone calls you. Either way, if you enter a number right away, you will be less likely to lose that important piece of paper or to end up with phone numbers with no names to accompany them. Personal Digital Assistants, or PDA’s, are another great way to keep track of phone numbers and other pertinent information. These mini computers are very small

and highly portable. You can take them with you wherever you go, and they can store and organize more information than that little black book ever could. With a PDA, you can not only store phone numbers and addresses, but you can also maintain a personal calendar complete with reminders that tell you when you should call your mom for her birthday, or when you should send flowers to your wife for your anniversary. If the technological world has seemed to pass you by, you can always rely on the old standard phone and address book to store numbers. However, if you fail to keep it organized, you may end up with such a jumbled mess of information that you render it practically useless.
