I Am Trying To Find Some Classroom Training Courses For Project Server
Q: I am trying to find some classroom training courses for Project Server
2003 in Australia but I am not having any luck at all. I've found a
few in the States or online but that's not what I need. I've looked in
the Microsoft Partner Directory but none of them seem to teach Project
Server.
A:Courses for individuals are very hard to find due to the cost of selling and
filling courses for individuals. However, if you are looking for courses for
a corporate group (say 8 or more) then I can help. I'm based in New Zealand,
but can, and have, travel to Aus for training and consulting roles.
Note that a vanilla project server implementation is unlikely to deliver
much business added value. For Project Server to add maximum value it needs
implementing so that people, processes and tools (project server) work
together to deliver added value.
For corporate groups it is well worth while getting the course customised to
reflect any customisation to project server and to include details for
processes and needs of other people in your organisation from a project
management perspective. As I've already said, it's about people, process,
