Good Divorce Lawyer In NJ ???
Q: Anybody know of a good divorce lawyer in NJ. It could have been or is your lawyer or perhaps the lawyer for your spouse. I'm looking for one that not only looked out for your well being in the results, but also understands that coming agreements early is better for all parties. Would appreciate any assistance.
A: Don't depend on anyone else re: making a choice of lawyers. Choose some prospects and consult with them individually, then choose the "tiger". Let's face it RJ, any lawyer is going to want a substantial "retainer" and will go through that in a flash. Then he will keep sucking you dry until you finally give up. He will be in cohoots with her lawyer and find a way to keep this going on for a long time. Each lawyer is more interested in money than they are in either of you. I've been involved in child custody after the divorce for 8 years. The ex becomes the greatest bitch you will ever know. There is revenge; retaliation and just plain hate that you will come to experience, whether you think so or not, or believe it or not, at this stage of the game. You are still so naive at this time, but you will soon learn. The lawyers are the worst part of this experience.
