Q: Al was so out of touch with a lot of things. It was mentioned by that administration but I don't think a single step was ever taken to make it happen. I believe congress had more to do with it than Al did. A lot of breaks and incentives were given to get vendors to provide, school districts to purchase, and it became more of a community project than any government project to get this accomplished. A: I understand what you are saying Fido, and I know that you have been through this a lot longer than me. The guardian ad litem recommended me for primary custody of the minor child and the judge ruled that way. This makes it easy for me to claim that custody was decided in "the best interest of the child." I have listened to so many sad stories of fathers who did not get custody of their children and can't help but think there must be truth to their claim of huge biases. In real life I see very few men even attempting to get custody of their children. Those who do and make a good effort, seem to stand a chance of receiving it. Keep in mind that I am only talking about a few dozen people who I know a lot about their divorce information, with only a handful that the men tried
