DVD Store
The popularity of DVDs has spawned many new stores that sell nothing but DVDs, however sometimes, you might be better off just visiting a movie rental store in order to get the best deals. New and used DVDs are sold almost everywhere you look including convenience stores nationwide. It seems that now all stores sell many DVDs for about $10 each. It is a great deal at first sight, but many of these cheaper DVDs are those that aren’t selling. Most people are not even looking at independent DVD stores because they get great deals buying their DVDs at video rental places and discount store chains like Wal-Mart. It is a very popular practice. When so many stores are fighting for our business, DVD prices are getting lower and lower everyday; especially on used copies and older movies. Movies that are used sometimes sell for as little $1.99 for some DVDs. The prices get higher depending on the popularity on the movies, but used DVDs no matter how popular usually sell between $5 and $12. It is really great for us consumers because we get to reap all of the benefits of the lower prices. Often if you wait for a month or so to pass once a DVD comes out, you can get a great price on new releases as many people buy a DVD that they don’t like and resell it later. That is how I buy many of my DVDs because it doesn’t make to spend more money than you have to building your collection considering that sooner or later DVDs will be out of style too. The major point I am making is that buying DVDs for $30 seems silly when you can get them cheaper;
