Creditor Harassment
Q: We're in a fight with a creditor right now. He's in a bit of legal trouble
that stems from a lawsuit filed by Chuck Norris. When my husband mentioned
the suit, the creditor began verbally assaulting him and calling him names.
My husband went to see the other partner, and she threatened physical violence
if we continued to fight the suit. Isn't the creditor under some kind of
legal obligations that keeps him from such threats and verbal actions?
A:You can't. (If the issue comes up in court and he's stupid enough to
repeat the threat...)
