Business Card Template Question
Q: I have a business card template at http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/TemplateGallery/templates/5/tp1180.... &l=1180&RC=1&M=1&cid= and when I edit it I want all the text/graphics to change on each business card as well , not just the one I am editing , how do I do this ? eg where it says "name of business" I insert the name of my business, how do I change this on each business card as well ? there are 10 to the page , do I have to change all 10 individually ? I have Office XP SP1
A: The quickest way to perform this task is to: - Change the first two business cards (first row) - Select the remaining rows and go to Table/Delete/Rows - Move to the far left of the first two business cards and click once to select the entire row (mouse pointer should look like an arrow) - Copy the row
