Acidreflux
Q: Yesterday I got to play in my first varsity football game as a sophomore so I got nervous and was a little stressed out. When I got home my stomach was hurting a little bit and it felt like vomit was coming up my throat. I made myself throw up so I could get to sleep. My dad said it could be acid reflux and that he's had it before when he got stressed and ate the wrong foods. Today I've had the same symptoms on and off, but not as bad as last night. I don't get heartburn much and it's never bad. Could this be acid reflux? and what do I do about it?
Can anyone help me please?
A:are you drinking alot of Gatorade? That can cause heartburn, also tomato products...sauce , pizza, and other high sodium.products . Drink more water and maybe buy some fruit TUMS at the 7-11... and take 2 before the game they work but just take two. you may just be nervous!!! after each game the nerves should get a little better-no sodas before the game
Acid reflux would not look like food due to it literally being stomach acid
